Japanese Automakers' Overseas Production Statistics:
<First Quarter of 2011 , Cumulative Of Fiscal 2010>

Overseas vehicle production by Japanese automakers during the first quarter of calendar year 2011 totaled 3,714,601 units, a gain of 14.9% from the same quarter in the previous year. This outcome reflects expanded local production in all overseas regions, with the exception of the Oceania area, during the quarter under review.

Fiscal year 2010 (April 2010 through March 2011) witnessed higher local production in all regions worldwide, with the 13,662,170-unit output for that year an increase of 20.0% over fiscal 2009.
